The next morning

Jacob started to pack all his stuff , which weren’t much , he was really excited about going to live with his Uncle Tristan and His cousin Sean.

His mom came to his room and everything was already packed.

-Oh my God Jacob  you already packed everything….- she said shocked

-Yeah mom , I wanted to do everything by myself – he smiled

-I see…you can’t wait to go to the big city uh? – she asked but she already knew the answer

-I can’t wait God haha ,I’m so excited…

Someone clap hands outside

-Hmm who is it? – Jacob got scared that maybe could be Drake

His mother went outside to open the door.

-Hello Joe- she smiled – come in

-Thanks Mrs Jones – Joey said

-You welcome- she said.From the living room she shouted– JACOB??? SON? YOUR FRIEND JOEY IS HEREEEEEEE

Jacob came to the living room and Joey got shocked about how many bruises Jacob had

-Jacob ,wow….you look soo bad- he said

-I know , I got all hurt , they almost broke my ribs – Jacob said looking down

-I’m sorry , like Britney told me this morning about what happened to you – Joey said – so I came here to check if you need anything –

-Britney? Who isBritney? – Jacob asked

-A girl from our school , she was the one who called the ambulance

-Oh she was the girl who screamed help and they all ran away- Jacob remember her

-Yep , she wanted to come here but her parents decided to travel soo- Joey said – and she is really pretty bro- Joey winked

-Haha cool , well I got news Joey- Jacob got near him and said – I’m moving out

-What? Why? – Jacob changed his face expression straight away

-My parents decided to send me to live with my uncle and cousin in big city – Jacob wasn’t sad at all , he was actually smiling big

-Oh really? – Joey sounded as he couldn’t believe it

-Yeah , new life , new everything – Jacob said – there I  will have a chance to be someone who won’t get bullied, I won’t suffer anymore –he smiled once again

-Maybe..- Joey got sad- well when you going to move?

-Tonight .They are already waiting for me Joey , I’m gonna miss you –Jacob hugged his friend

-TONIGHTTTT??????? – His friend freaked out – hmm who will be my best friend now? Who will hang out with me?

-Dude , its for the best….

-You cant leave me – Joey said almost crying – you are my best friend…..i will miss you for real – Joey hugged Jacob once again

-Aw dude , me too….we can always talk , like send me a letter or something – Jacob laughed

-Dude, we can talk all the time on computer remember? – Joey said- hmm ok I have to go now , the big party is tonight , I must to get ready  – Joey said

-Seriously? I would like to go there….but Drake will be there for sure – Jacob was wiser…

-Drake is together with Melissa dude , the owners party haha , he will be there for sure , better you don’t go yeah – Joey smiled a little

-Ok , see you soon then Joe – Jacob said – which I’m sure will be soon

-Hope so buddy …- Joey walked till the door -see yah Jacob-

Joey left the house and Jacob started to miss his friend already. Joey was the only person of the whole school who always talked to Jacob. They weren’t so close but they were good friends and for sure Joey wouldn’t be the same without Jacob.

Later that day , Jacob’s father was waiting for him outside while Jacob was time to say goodbye to his mother in the living room. They both were sat on the sofa.

-Son…my Jacob- she started to cry - I can’t believe you are leaving us , my only son….- his mother said

-I’m not leaving you guys , you know it’s for my own good mom – he said

-I know , God bless you Jacob and please , be a good boy , don’t ever disrespect anyone

-I won’t….- he said

They heard Jacob’s dad , Boris , pressing the horn

-Aw mom , dad is rushing…..i have to go now- bye mom, I call you when I get there…bye mom I love you –Jacob said

-Byeee son- she started to cry even more and went to her room

Jacob got in the car and his dad drove him to the big city. Jacob was excited , he never been out of his town, everything was new for him and he was loving every single thing.

Meanwhile at the Melissa’s party

The whole school was invited , Melissa was a really popular girl since her father owned the biggest company in that city. She always had what she wanted , all the attention from everyone ,her parents always spoiled her with the best things ever.

-Oh my God , this party is so full , I don’t know half of these people – Melissa said to her friend Karen

-Hahaha I kinda do know them , oh well where is Your Drake? – Karen asked and drank something

-Drake? I don’t have any idea ,to be honest , I don’t know if he is coming – Melissa looked down

-Aw I bet he will come , Tania told me about what he did to that boy…Jacob you know?

-What he done? – Melissa asked

-Drake and his friends punched him so much that he almost died –Karen said

-Serious? – Melissa raised her eyebrow

-Yes , didn’t you know? – Karen asked

-No…..i didn’t….- Melissa said petrified- Drake is …amazing

-Huh? Amazing? – Karen got confused

-Yes , That Jacob guy is a jerk….- Melissa said while drinking – But let’s not talk about him , let’s have fun , come on , let’s dance whooppppppp- Melissa said and went to dance floor.

Back to the road , Jacob was quiet , only thinking about how life would be , he was trying to imagine his new school , his new friends and also a better room….

-Jacob? – his dad said

-Yeah dad – he looked at his dad

-Are you ready for so many changes?

-I don’t know , I think I have to be ready right? – Jacob said

-Yeah , you do , this morning when I woke up , I really regretted for letting you to go to live with your Uncle but….

-Why dad? – Jacob asked

-I want you with me and your mother ,life won’t be the same without my boy – his dad looked at him fast

-Dad , you shouldn’t worry , I think this is a new opportunity  to get a better life for me and in the future , for you and mam

-I know Jacob- he said

-So let’s be happy ok?

-Ok Jacob – he smiled – oh look we will be at Townsville in about 30 minutes

-Woah I can’t wait….- Jacob got butterflies in his stomach…

At Jacob’s Uncle house….

-Dad , I don’t wanna share my room with my country cousin….like I bet he is a stupid dude , what about my reputation?-Sean said

-Sean , shut up – Tristan said

-Ahhhh why I have to share my room with him damn it – he crossed his arms

-Because he is your cousin , his mother is my sister , she asked this favor and we will receive him in our lovely home ok?

-Ahhh – Sean went to his room and shut the door hard

Tristan , his father , was a good man who got abandoned like 2 years ago when Sean’s mother got a new man. She left her family to realise the dream of being a singer and her lover helped her. When this happened , Tristan stayed in the same house and started to take care of his son , isn’t easy for a man to be a single dad. But he was a brave and now things are better. Tristan got really happy about Jacob coming to live with him and his son , he even got excited because he could be nearer his family.

After some minutes , Jacob and his dad finally arrived at Tristan’s house.

-So here is your new home son- Boris said

-Wow looks amazing dad – Jacob said – I’m really happy , thanks

-You welcome…now listen to me , don’t forget what we talked about it , about always brushing teeth , washing your clothes , helping with the ditches…- his dad was touching his hair

-Dad!! I know everything haha , I will be a good boy don’t worry…- Jacob said smiling - lets go?

-Ok – His dad said and left the car

Jacob looked around , he saw many houses in that street , which was totally different from his neighborhood , since the closest house was 20 minutes away.

His dad pressed the bell and Tristan came to open the door.

-Look who is here? – Tristan and Boris , Jacob’s dad , hugged eachother tight – long time no see – said Tristan

-Yeah and this is Jacob – his dad smiled big , really proud

-Wow how tall are you ? haha I don’t see you over so many years – Tristan hugged Jacob

-I know uncle Tristan , I think it’s about 5 years we don’t see eachother…- Jacob said smiling , he was almost crying of happiness

-Come on in , my house is your house now as the Spanish people say ,’ Mi casa es su casa haha’ – Tristan said – SEAAAAN COME MEET YOUR COUSIN JACOB

-Wow , your house is amazing- Jacob made it clear.

-Nah , isn’t Jacob , but we got a pool – Tristan giggled

-Oh my God – he put his hands on his hair – can I see it?

-Sure , I will take you there….- Tristan said

-Wait guys , I have to go now – Boris said

-Aww dad no , sleep here with me? – Jacob asked , since he was a little bit scared but didn’t want to admit

-I can’t Jacob , tomorrow morning I need to sell the chicken as I promised to Mr Johnson . – He shook hands with Tristan- really nice to see you again , I will tell Rose you look younger haha- he joked

-Yeah please tell her , have a good travel Boris- Tristan said

-Thanks – Boris looked at his son and said – God bless you always my son , I love you

-I love you too dad – they hugged eachother

While they were hugging , Sean was really mad in his room , breaking everything , he was really angry about the new guest in the house and especially in his room…

-This is not fair….this is not fair – he said and threw himself on the be

- I never had a brother – Sean said with himself – and I always thought life was amazing and now this jerk will come here and to take out my peace? ARGHHHH – he kicked his books on the floor…Sean was beyond mad…

Boris , Jacob’s dad , went back to his city , leaving his lovely son in the big city. His heart was really small and hurting loads for doing this , but what parent who sees their children suffering and won’t do something to help?

Soooo Sean was still in his room , kicking everything when his father open the door without even knocking first and say:

-Look who is here Sean - his father said

-Hi Sean , remember me? I’m Jacob - he smiled but got confused since Sean room was a mess

-Hi..- Sean said

-Hmm happened here? – Tristan asked

-Nothing dad….i just fell and everything that was on my bed fell too….-Sean lied

-Oh ok….clean this mess – His dad demanded  -So Jacob , this is your new room , i still need to buy your bed , since your parents called me yesterday telling you would live here so..i’m sorry you will have to sleep on the sofa this night- his uncle said

-It’s ok , i don’t mind , but can i see the pool? - Jacob asked all excited

-Haha you got excited about the pool uh? – Tristan smiled big - sure lets go

-No...don’t go there- Sean interrupted

-Why not son? -

-Because ...because its dirty ..- Sean said but he actually thought ‘ because its mine your idiot..’

-It’s not – Tristan said and looked at Jacob – don’t worry about that , isn’t dirty , in fact you should get in uh?

Jacob got really happy and went to get his swim clothes so he could enjoy the pool

Sean hated the fact of Jacob living there , because now his father wouldn’t give him too much attention  at all , Sean actually felt replaced….

While Jacob and his Uncle went to the pool , Sean locked his room and said:

-I won’t let him come here....he won’t come...- Sean said and went to his bed and put the covers on his head

Sean don’t have many friends , only friends from school , he was feeling lonely and sad. In his head , Jacob would ruin his relationship with his dad , the only person that he loved in this world.

So after a while Jacob's mom called , she couldn’t wait till talk to Jacob.

-Hello?- she said

-Hi Rose how are you? - Tristan said

-Hey brother , I’m fine , missing my Jacob already can i speak with him?

-Hmm he just came in the shower , we are going out to eat soon -

-Oh really? thanks for what you doing for Jacob- his mom said

-Its fine , he is a nice boy so why not help him? I’m just afraid Sean never liked about Jacob coming to live with us -

-Why not? i bet they will be good friends- rose said

-Hope so , well i will tell Jacob to call you after the shower ok ?

-Sure Tristan bye bye

-Byee- he hang up the phone and went to talk to Sean.

He knocked on his door but Sean never answered so he came in

-Sean? are you awake?

Sean didn’t said anything , he pretended he was sleeping so his father would go away. His father closed the door and left. Jacob was already out the shower and ready waiting for his uncle in the living room

-Lets go uncle , I’m starving - Jacob said

-Oh sure lets go -Tristan got the car keys

-Where is Sean? he won’t come with us? - Jacob asked

-No he won’t , he fell asleep - Tristan smiled at Jacob - i will take you the best place in this city

-Really? wow i bet I’m going to love - he smiled too

While they were walking outside , Sean came running

-Hey dad , i wanna go with you guys – Sean said

-Oh that’s good Sean , I’m glad you changed your mind - his father said

-Yeah i won’t let you alone with my father Jacob - Sean laughed

-Why not? - Jacob smiled

-Because i don’t know , let’s go ..-he rolled his eyes and got in the car

Tristan was scared about Sean , his attitudes were really weird lately…

So while they were going to the car , on the other side of the street , Mia and her boyfriend were talking. Mia lives infront of Tristan and Sean house.

-So Mia , wanna sleep at mine today? - Jay , her boyfriend asked

-Hmm I’m not sure , i think Hunter won’t allow

-Why not? we been going out over 6 months , he trust me right? i will take care of you very well- Jay licked her ear

-Oh really mister? – Mia smiled nasty

-Yes i will- they started to kiss and Jacob looked of course

When Sean saw Mia and her boyfriend , he got red , he tried not to look but was kinda hard , they were making out infront of everyone…

-Oh look son , it’s your friend Mia - Tristan said

-I know dad , no need to say - Sean said

-Let’s say hi to her...- his dad said

-Nooo , God...-he shook his head - we won’t , let’s go please

Jay stopped to kiss Mia and was when Tristan decided to say hi

-Hey Mia - he waved - tell Hunter to come to talk to me tomorrow ok? – Tristan loved to make his son embarrassed

-Heeeey and why? - Mia asked

-Business - he winked - Sean go say hi to Mia and her boyfriend and take Jacob with you so he can make new friends - his dad whispered

-Ahh Dad...- Sean said

-Don’t complain , do it - his dad said and got in the car

Sean looked at his cousin Jacob and said:

-Come on - Sean said and walked in Mia direction

Mia rolled her eyes while he was coming

-Hi Mia - Sean said

-Hey Sean- Mia said

-Well , hi Jay...- he looked down

-Hey dude what’s up?

-Nothing , we are going to eat in a restaurant , well this is my cousin , Jacob -Sean said

-Hello , good evening - Jacob said

-Good evening - Mia tried not to laugh because Jacob speaks funny

-So he will live with us now - Sean smiled at Mia but she never smiled back

-Nice...- she said

-Sean , better we go right? was nice to meet you both - Jacob smiled

-You too - Mia smiled and looked at him up and down

-Bye guys

-Byeeeeee - they waved

When they got in the car Sean started to fight with his father

-Come on dad , don’t do that ever again...- Sean said

-Why not?  - Tristan said sarcastically

-Because it seems she doesn’t like Sean? - Jacob gave his opinion

-Of course she does , it’s just her way to treat people - Tristan said

-Not her boyfriend , she was putting her tongue down his throat - Jacob said

-Yeah that’s true , she doesn’t like me dad - Sean got upset

-Don’t think that , you are crazy for her son - Tristan said - now you got Jacob to help you to get her - his dad laughed

-I can’t help , girls runaway from me , i just can’t help - Jacob laughed

-But hopefully things will change right boys?- Tristan tried to be positive but never helped

-Nobody loves me dad - Sean said

-Ahhh come on , why we need girls? we can perfectly live without them - Jacob said

-You are wrong Jacob , we need her too much , i need someone too - Tristan said

After talk about girls , they finally arrived at the restaurant

-Wow this restaurant looks amazing- Jacob said surprised

-Well it is- Sean said like it was obvious and they went inside

After eating , good food and spending a good time together Tristan took the boys home . Sean , who in the start were cold and short now was very talkative

-Jacob , i will show you our school ,it’s awesome , i love that school....just teachers are really bad - Sean said

-Hmm i don’t have luck with teachers - Jacob said

-Why? what happened at your older school?

-I tell you tomorrow , I’m really tired , i always go sleep at 9:00pm and is already 1am soo..

-Oh sorry ok we speak tomorrow , good night Jacob - Sean went to his room

-night- Jacob said

Jacob was really happy about his new life , he felt like home .Tristan treated him really good and even Sean who was moody , now he was totally different

Meanwhile at Melissa party

Now everybody was there , dancing , drinking , singing , kissing , hugging , laughing but someone was lonely , was feeling lost in the middle of so many people , Joey , couldn’t stop to think about his friend Jacob and he was wondering if now since Jacob left the city , who would start to get bullied by Drake?

Joey looked at his clock and thought

‘It’s 1:00am damn …too bad I came to this party….no one talked to me the whole night and I didn’t talked with anyone….this party sucks…I wish Jacob was here ….’

While Joey were thinking about his friend , Jacob was laid on the sofa thinking about the life that he left ,the school , his family and his only friend Joey. Jacob wanted a better life , he was actually expecting perfections but he was scared , his cousin Sean never treated him good in the first place , would Sean be Jacob's new enemy?
